Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods or new launches, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will update you if there are delays.

Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:
United Kingdom: 1 to 2 working days
Rest of World: 3 to 5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as customs checks or local courier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the UK, EU & US have import duties, taxes, and fees set by your local customs authority included in the purchase price at checkout.

ROW countries listed below will not have charges included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Salkan is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details provided at checkout.

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold your package at a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery within the courier’s timeframe. Packages returned to us due to non-collection will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@discoversalkan.com. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Pre-Orders
If you purchase an item on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. This date is an estimate and may change. If there are significant delays, we will update you by email. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
