Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, please use the form on our Returns page. Items must be sent to:

Shipping Your Return
UK and USA customers: If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Customers outside the UK and USA: You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping to the address above. We are not able to cover those costs.
Please do not send items back without submitting a return request first as we cannot accept them.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on Second Life sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it, then place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed approval, please contact us at info@discoversalkan.com.
