Every bag is assessed, refreshed or repaired where needed, logged and photographed.
Marks, repairs and wear are listed on each bag, so you know exactly what you're getting.

There's only one of each. When a bag's gone, it's gone until the next sale.
Why we do it
Around 310,000 tonnes of textiles are thrown away in the UK each year. A bag that's still got years in it shouldn't be one of them, so rather than throw away the ones we can't sell as new, we give them a new owner.

No. Second Life bags are sold as they are, so the lifetime guarantee doesn't apply.
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Second Life items.
