Carry-On System giveaway: terms and conditions

By entering the giveaway, you accept these terms.

Promoter, eligibility and dates

  1. The promoter is SALKAN Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11363701), of 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom ("Salkan", "we", "us").
  2. The giveaway is open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over at the time of entry, except where it is prohibited or restricted by local law. Residents of Quebec (Canada), Italy and Brazil cannot enter, because local rules there require prize draws to be registered or approved in advance.
  3. Salkan employees, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway cannot enter.
  4. The giveaway opens at 00:01 BST on Tuesday 6 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Monday 26 October 2026 ("the closing date"). Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
  5. No purchase is necessary to enter. Buying from Salkan does not increase your chance of winning.

How to enter

  1. To enter, submit your email address through the entry form on discoversalkan.com, either on the giveaway page or in the giveaway pop-up.
  2. You must then confirm your entry by clicking the link in the confirmation email we send you. Entries that are not confirmed are not valid.
  3. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, including through different email addresses, will be disqualified.
  4. Entries made through automated means, bots, third-party entry services or bulk submissions are not valid. We may check entries, including by IP address, and disqualify any we reasonably believe break these terms.
  5. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete, or that fail because of technical problems.

The prize, the draw and delivery

  1. There is one prize: a Salkan Carry-On 35L backpack, a set of two Salkan packing cubes and a Salkan laundry bag, with a total retail value of £325. The colour is the winner's choice, subject to availability.
  2. The prize cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative. If any part of it becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
  3. The winner will be selected at random from all valid, confirmed entries on Tuesday 27 October 2026.
  4. We will email the winner on the day of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize and give a delivery address. If they don't, we may draw another winner.
  5. We will publish the winner's first name and town or country on the giveaway page. On request, we will provide the winner's surname and county or country, in line with the UK advertising code. The winner can object to either by contacting us.
  6. Salkan pays for shipping. If the winner is in the United States, they will receive the prize from our US fulfilment partner, Boxzooka. Winners everywhere else will receive it from our UK fulfilment partner, Genie Logistics. We aim to dispatch the prize within 14 days of receiving the winner's delivery address.
  7. Salkan will pay any import duties and local taxes on the prize. The winner is responsible for any income tax or other personal tax that applies to winning a prize in their country.
  8. The prize is covered by Salkan's lifetime guarantee in the same way as a bag bought from us.

Your data, marketing and general terms

  1. By entering, you agree to join the Salkan email list. We'll send you emails about the giveaway and about Salkan. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Unsubscribing does not cancel your entry.
  2. We use your data to run the giveaway and to send you the marketing you've agreed to, as set out in our privacy policy at https://www.discoversalkan.com/policies/privacy-policy. We will not share your data with any other brand.
  3. Entrants who don't win may receive a discount code after the draw. If this happens, any code is single use and has an expiry date.
  4. We may cancel, suspend or change the giveaway if something outside our reasonable control affects it. If we do, we will tell entrants.
  5. Our decision on any matter relating to the giveaway is final.
  6. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from the giveaway or the prize, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
  7. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Meta or any other social platform.
  8. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
