You have 30 days* from delivery to return or exchange your order.

Items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and checked by our team.

*Any orders placed before 25th December 2025 qualify for our extended returns window, giving you until 31st January 2026 to return or exchange your item.

Our two-part backpacking system with a 45L main pack for your gear and a detachable 20L daypack for daily essentials. Built for trips from a week to many months.

Built with two layers of PU backed 900D COTNA and a DWR coating, The Backpacker gives your gear all the water resistance it needs.

2. Flight & Rain Cover Included

The cover doubles up to add an extra layer of protection and secure away straps for flight check-in. It then doubles up as a rain cover.

3. Lifetime Guarantee

We build our backpacks to stand up to any adventure. If you ever have an issue of defect with the way your backpack or product has been made, we will repair or replace it for free.
