Canopy Beer Co. have been brewers of craft beer and humble glories from their arch in London for some time and they are very good at it. So good that when we launched SALKAN last year we made sure that our fridges were stocked full of their beer.
When we were out hiking and realised the importance of that post-hike beer, we knew we had to ask our friends at Canopy to see if they could help us create the perfect brew
With this in mind, our Colab Trail Mix XPA was born. Head brewer, Steve at Canopy, used Simcoe and Chinook hops that have piney notes inspired by the forest and cashmere hops to add a fresh citrus taste. It’s a light beer and perfect to drink after a long day.
Beer is cracked after a celebration of something achieved; however big or small your achievement is – it doesn’t matter. It is time to head out on an adventure and earn that beer.
