When we approached Canopy to make a post hike beer we didn’t realise that we would be actually brewing the beer. But there we were, hops and paddle in hand ready to help out. We spent a day learning how the stuff is made and lending a hand where we could. Luckily head brewer Steve Lawler was keeping a close eye. Then twenty 2wo days later we popped back to help transfer the beer into cans.
